Dutchess Foods is referred to as “The Company”, and any person purchasing the products on this site is referred to as “The Purchaser”. By using our site, you agree on the terms and conditions below.

All prices on the site are in Euro. We accept all major credit and debit cards through online purchases. For invoice payment, please contact email@example.com Please note prices may change occasionally, make sure you check the final price at the checkout before placing your order.
Dutchess Foods Gift Vouchers and Edible Items are purchased via Stripe. If you prefer not to place your order online and pay by bank transfer, please contact our Dutchess Foods.

Dutchess Foods Gift Vouchers are valid at the awarded Dutchess Foods Collection. As we are continuously making changes and unearthing new discoveries please visit www.dutchessfoods.ie for an up to the minute list of where your Gift Voucher can be redeemed
Dutchess Foods Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and there is no cash alternative
Dutchess Foods must be redeemed within the date specified on the Voucher
Dutchess Foods are valid for 2 years from date of purchase
Dutchess Foods takes no responsibility for lost or stolen Vouchers
There is a handling charge added to the purchase of each Gift Voucher. This goes directly to cover costs for handling, postage and packaging
Food Product Delivery:
Please ensure delivery address and phone number are correctly inputted before placing the order. Once the courier gets a docket signed by the recipient at the given address, the goods are considered delivered. Dutchess Foods uses third party couriers to deliver the purchased items and it is the responsibility of The Purchaser to ensure someone will be at the given address to receive the goods. In the occasion of delivery attempt failing, a docket will be left at the address for The Purchaser to arrange a pick up from from the shop. If the items are not picked up from the shop, charge will apply to arrange a second delivery by a courier.
Delivery service is exclusively available within the 5km radius from our shop address: 8 Cabra Rd Philbsborough - Dublin D07 T1W2 additional charges might be involved for the service to be accessible and a minimum order amount.
Refunds, Damages, Returns
In a case of any food/drink items delivered in damaged condition, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your delivery providing us pictures and a description. You can contact us on email@example.com or by phone +353 (0)861544021 or with the form in the contact section. We can then make arrangements with you to replace or refund the damaged goods.
All products on the website are subject to availability. Unavailable items will be replaced with relevant items of equal or greater value.
Whilst every effort is made to meet the requested or stated delivery date, The Company will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by delays due to reasons beyond our control.
Dutchess Foods only uses the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. None of the information given to The Company by The Purchaser on this site is given forward to any third party companies. All information is gathered to ensure the best service and correct delivery.
You will only receive marketing material from us by email if you sign up for our newsletter. Even after signing up to our mailing list you can opt out at any time.
